Our
vision
The West Coast Athletic Club unites running enthusiasts from Milnerton, Tableview, Blouberg, Parklands and Sunningdale. Multiple training groups allow members with various fitness levels and aspirations to train and improve their personal best, get ready for a milestone race, or just run socially.
Apart from road running and cross-country, the club has a large trail running group, with weekly runs around Table Mountain and other scenic routes in our beautiful surrounds. Novice runners are welcome to join, and will soon find themselves part of a group that fits their lifestyle.
