Our Club thrives thanks to the incredible dedication of its volunteers, who bring unmatched energy and commitment to everything that they do! At our annual awards, we acknowledge the contributions of those who volunteer their time and energy throughout the year. But we are taking our kudos to the next level and have introduced the West Coast Volunteers Incentive.

The incentive will be awarded quarterly and acknowledges club members who consistently give of themselves to serve our members. On an annual basis, we will add additional awards for members who volunteer their time at least once per month in a year

If you have volunteered or served in any way, please let us know so we can keep accurate records and award incentives fairly.

We have some catching up to do for 2024! Please fill in our survey for each time you have volunteered for any of (but not limited to the following):

• assisted at the monthly awards,
• assisted at a Wietse se Run,
• assisted at a club-organised long run,
• served on the social committee,
• volunteered on behalf of the club when other clubs asked for assistance (with marshalling, etc.),
• supported at races along the route with a clear visible presence for the club,
• other forms of awesomeness you would like to bring to our attention.
